Always seeking to bring our shareholders quality products direct from the source, we began offer Snowville milk as a supplement to our CSA in 2010. At Snowville Creamery, cows graze on pasture and head to the milking barn twice each day. The milk is processed as little as possible, resulting in milk that tastes natural, sweet and delicious.
The Refectory
At the heart of one of the city’s finest dining experiences are the culinary creations directed by Chef Richard Blondin, a native of Lyon, France, who studied under chefs Pierre Orsi and Paul Bocuse.
